Phillip R. Larcomb is an Accounting and Financial Management professional with over twenty two years experience in leading high profile, high technology business and product development projects in the areas of Accounting, Financial Management, and Intelligence Finance operations.
Mr. Larcomb’s expertise includes Earned Value Management (EVM), the Intelligence Planning, Programming and Budgeting System (IPPBS), financial operations and planning, inter-agency coordination, acquisition and contracting policies and procedures for intelligence activities, OMB 300 reporting, budget forecasting, and risk analysis.
In addition to his current responsibilities as President of Larmack Business Group, Inc., Mr. Larcomb’s previous assignments include serving as an Accounting Specialist in the US Army Finance Corp, and most recently, as the Financial Analyst for Geneva Software, Inc.
Phillip has a Master of Business Administration from Troy University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance from The Ohio State University.
